  4. Press Play to animate it, or Present to show it full screen.
  5. Press Share & export. On a phone, send the image, an MP4 video of the animation or a link straight to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. On a computer, copy it into your slides or download a PNG, SVG or PowerPoint file.

Questions about the golf shot planner

What data do I need for a golf shot planner?

One row per shot: hole, shot number, club, then distance in yards. Optional columns: aim (yards right of the hole's line, or negative for left) and a note. Shots follow the hole from tee to green, and a shot that reaches the green finishes at the pin. Paste it from Excel or Google Sheets, upload a CSV, or connect a live Google Sheet.

When should I use a golf shot planner?

Use it for course strategy, lessons and club fitting: map a game plan for each hole, or compare clubs off the tee.

What's the most common mistake with a golf shot planner?

Distances that don't add up. Each shot is measured along the hole, so if the distances fall short of the green, the last shot lands short; check they add up to the hole's length.

Can I animate it, download it or put it in PowerPoint?

Yes. Press Play to animate it, record an MP4 or GIF, or download a PNG, SVG or PowerPoint file. In PowerPoint it's added as a high-resolution image. It's free, with no sign-up.
